BULLETIN #1 DRIVER HEAD AND NECK
RESTRAINT UPDATE
IT IS MANDATORY THAT
A DRIVER MUST WEAR A HEAD AND NECK RESTRAINT SYSTEM IN ALL RACES AND
RACING RELATED ACTIVITIES INCLUDING PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING.
IT IS
SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DRIVER TO MAKE SURE THE DEVICE IS
installed and worn correctly. BY WEARING THE DEVICE HE/SHE IS
DOING SO AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING
INJURIES OR DEATH. The Head and Neck Restraint System must be installed
in accordance with the directions provided by the system supplier and/or
manufacturer.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DRIVER, NOT COMPCAR OF NC, TO INSURE
THAT HIS/HER SEAT BELT AND HEAD AND NECK RESTRAINT SYSTEM AND ALL
COMPONENTS ARE APPROVED, CORRECTLY INSTALLED, MAINTAINED AND PROPERLY
USED.

statement and/or public communication, image, media or sound that
criticizes, ridicules or otherwise disparges another person, and or the
Allison Legacy Series/CompCar of NC, Inc. If the Allison Legacy
Series/CompCar of NC, Inc. officials deem a harmful or derogatory
statement, communication, image, media or sound has been posted or
uttered then individual(s) posting or who has/have uttered will have
consequences that may include disqualification, loss of points,
membership suspension.
